Plant Overview
The Sheffield plant is a 450 ton per hour Astec double barrel asphalt plant and baghouse with a recycle in-line crushing system and two recycle bins. There are four Astec 300 ton asphalt storage silos, six cold feed aggregate bins, three 30,000 gallon liquid asphalt storage tanks and one 20,000 gallon liquid asphalt storage tank.
