Plant Overview
The Cleveland plant is a 650 ton per hour Astec double barrel counter flow asphalt plant and baghouse with a recycle in-line crushing system. There are two recycle bins, eight cold feed aggregate bins, five 300 ton asphalt storage silos and four 30,000 gallon vertical liquid asphalt storage tanks.
